By accessing and using Launch Your Claw ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Launch Your Claw provides an AI assistant service that integrates with messaging platforms to help manage tasks, emails, and calendars. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change at any time.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Service any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Launch Your Claw and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Termination & Data Deletion

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination, or at your specific request, agents and all associated user data will be permanently deleted to respect your privacy and data sovereignty.

6. Security & Encryption

Security is a core pillar of our service. We adhere to the following standards:

  • Server Isolation: Your agent runs on a private server with no public access or IP, minimizing the attack surface.
  • Credential Security: Your API keys are end-to-end encrypted throughout the entire system flow.
  • Data Protection: Data fed to the agent is fully protected and treated with special attention to server-side security.
